Terms & Conditions

This competition is organised by Tradepact Global Ltd, registered in England & Wales (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2 Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of Tradepact Global Ltd, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Internet access, ability to provide proof of age, residence and a valid UK phone number are required to participate.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, participants must join the official Tradepact waitlist via www.tradepact.io. Participants must also follow the Tradepact Instagram page (@tradepacts) and tag a friend in the comment section of the competition post. Each valid signup counts as one entry. Winners must have completed all of these steps to be eligible and be actively following the required social accounts at the time of announcement.
2.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.3 Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
2.4 Participants must provide their legal name the same as it would be on any legal documentation. Providing a fake name, nickname, or any name that is not legally correct will result in disqualification from the competition.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens on 22/08/2025 and closes on the earlier of:
The date the waitlist reaches 5,000 valid signups, OR
When the app is ready to launch, OR
11/01/2026, whichever comes first.
3.2 Entries received after this period will not be counted.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize consists of return economy flights from the UK and 2 nights’ accommodation in Portugal, for 2 adults. Tradepact Global Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on the destination city/town, however we will take into account the preference of the winner beforehand.
4.2 The winner is responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to: travel insurance, meals, transfers, and personal expenses.
4.3 The prize must be booked through Tradepact and must be used within 6 months of the winner being notified. The pictures displayed may not be the final choice on accommodation and are subject to change.
4.4 There is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random selection tool (e.g. random.org or Gleam).
5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.
5.3 The winner will be notified via the contact number provided within 7 days of the draw.
5.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
6. Publicity
6.1 By entering, participants agree that if they win, their first name and general location (e.g. “Sarah from London”) may be published on our website and social media.
6.2 We will not publish personal details such as full name, address, or email without consent.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Data will only be used for the administration of this competition and communication regarding the Tradepact waitlist.
7.3 We will not share entrant data with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
8. General
8.1 The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.
8.2 We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
8.3 Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
8.4 This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
